RZG Construction is a multi-disciplinary civil company based in Mount Maunganui. We operate with a drainage and concrete division and work for local councils, tier 1 contractors, and public and private companies in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland regions.

We have a strong focus on infrastructure projects and we prefer complex drainage or concrete works.

With strong forward projects confirmed, we require an additional Excavator Operator to join our growing team.

Your role 

• Be a confident drainage operator of trenching, backfilling and digging inside trench shields
• Experience sheetpiling and dewatering will be an advantage but not necessary
• Confidently dig around services, excavate with and without spotters
• Complete earthworks and civil operating tasks as and when required
• Assist with groundworks on site as and when needed

Our excavator of choice is CAT, and our fleet includes next generation models ranging from 4T to 28T.  You will be part of a high performing team environment where you will help make a difference on a daily basis.
