Salt is a boutique residential development with 71 architecturally designed boutique apartments and townhouses located off Girven Road in Mount Maunganui. The former Golden Grove Holiday Park now holds 52 apartments, 19 townhouses, an early childhood centre and Kawakawa cafe.

RZG Construction was engaged to build the structure for 52 apartments within the Salt development. This high-end development required a consistently high level of accuracy and workmanship, which RZG Construction successfully delivered for our client Iline.

We constructed in-situ fair faced concrete, and delivered temporary works design, foundations and rib-raft floors, 9m high columns and suspended beams, rib and infill flooring, and back propping.

Innovation is inherent in everything we do, and throughout the project we used innovation and ingenuity to solve problems and add value. We procured Form-On H Beams and Doka components from Europe, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the build.
